Jermaine Pharmes

Mr. Pharmes is the Policy Compliance Manager for the Hudson County Office of Business Opportunity, which assists Minority, Woman, Veteran and Small Businesses. 

Prior to joining Hudson County, Mr. Pharmes worked as a DBE Project Consultant for NJ Transit. He also served as Business Compliance Manager for the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, where he performed Minority Business Certification, Business Development and Community Outreach. 

He was also a Project Manager at the New Tappan Zee Bridge where he was responsible for Commercially Useful Function reviews, M/W/DBE Contract Compliance and Minority Business Development. 

Mr. Pharmes also holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Public Administration and Management respectively.
